Stefan Rosina took the lead from pole position and built up a gap up to 4,7 seconds. But again bad luck should decide the race. A tyre failure in lap 9 caused an additional pit stop like yesterday and destroyed the dreams for victory.
The situation seemed to be a little bit better fort he #24 Gallardo. Nikolaus Mayr-Melnhof came to the pits midway through the race on 17th position and Albert von Thurn und Taxis went behind the steering wheel.He made his way up to 14th, but the race stewards punished the team for a mistake at the stop with a stop-and-go penalty, which dropped them down to 21th position. Von Thurn und Taxis never gave up und climbed up in the standings with fast lap times and should end up in 16th place after 29 laps.

The final weekend oft he FIA GT3 European Championship will take place between 14th and 16th of October in Zandvoort (NED).
