Albert von Thurn und Taxis
Prince Albert II is the twelfth Prince von Thurn und Taxis. He was born in 1983, spent his childhood in Regensburg and went to school in Rome. After completing his military service Prince Albert studied economics and theology at Edinburgh University.
"The Prince has racing in his blood" reported a tabloid newspaper of his hobby: motor racing. Prince Albert drives for Reiter Engineering. At the international motorsport event at the Sachsenring, the ADAC GT Masters 2008, Prince Albert finished third. He won the Lamborghini Cup classification in the ADAC Master. In 2009 he competes in the "Le Mans Series" at tracks such Barcelona, Spa and the Nürburgring and also in the "FIA GT3" at Silverstone, Adria, Oschersleben, Algarve and in Dubai.
